If You Purchased a Ticket on the FlixBus or Greyhound Lines’ Website or App Between July 1, 2024, and October 14, 2024, for any Bus Trip in the State Of California, You May Be Entitled to a Refund of the Service Fee

If You Purchased a Ticket on the FlixBus or Greyhound Lines’ Website or U.S.-Based Mobile App Between July 1, 2024, and October 14, 2024, for any Bus Trip That Started or Ended in the State Of California, You May Be Entitled to a Refund of the Service Fee.

 

To receive a refund, you must submit a Refund Request no later than March 25, 2025.

 

 

How Do I Know If I Can Receive a Refund?

If you purchased a ticket for a bus trip to or from California, or a bus trip within California, on the Companies’ website or U.S.-based mobile app, and your purchase occurred at any time between July 1, 2024, and October 14, 2024, you paid a $3.99 service fee per transaction and are entitled to a refund of such Fee for each transaction. 

The Companies’ records indicate that you purchased a ticket or tickets for a bus trip that started or ended in the State of California between July 1, 2024, and October 14, 2024; you paid the Fee; and you are therefore eligible to request a refund of the Fee.   

 

What If I Made Multiple Transactions Within the Relevant Time Period?

If you made multiple transactions between July 1, 2024, and October 14, 2024, for bus trips that started or ended in California, you are eligible for a refund of the Fee for each transaction. 

 

How Will I Receive My Refund? 

You may choose to receive your refund by one of the following methods:  E-Mastercard, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or deposit to your bank account by Automated Clearing House (ACH). To receive a refund, you must submit a Refund Request Form no later than March 25, 2025.
